This is one I probably won’t try. The liver pate and fish sauce do not say, “Eat me!”
You might be suprised, though. These flavors are meant to complement one another, rather than to be the sole flavor of the dish.

Yea, Vietnamese food vendors truly are good for the American economy. They’re effectively enforcing the high value of the US dollar.
